On the eve of Tax Day 2010, what question consumes the members of the U.S. House of Representatives?

It may just be us, but shouldn't the politicians in the U.S. House of Representatives already know the answer to this particular question?... But then, if they're too busy to be bothered with so much as passing a budget this year, it's likely they're too focused elsewhere to be paying attention to such trivial details....
